It is my passion and goal to help every couple achieve the wedding day that they envision. I would love the opportunity to get together and chat about your day and let’s see if you can put your faith in me and me team to bring your dream to life!
Your vision and dream can become a reality! If you have always imagined what your wedding day would look like, but need help making it come to life, or if you want a special wedding day that is unique to you and your fiance’ but have no idea how to make that happen…we can do it for you!
It is important to us that each wedding is as individual and unique as the bride and groom themselves, so we work hard to find those special details that will make your wedding stand out from the crowd. No cookie-cutter wedding for you!
- Assisting and helping with the budget breakdown
- Assisting in choosing the theme, color, style and complete wedding design. We will create a “story board” which shows the color choices, ideas and photos for flowers, linens, dresses, ties, and more. This will show how beautifully the event will coordinate and flow together!
- You will have access to my list of preferred vendors for all categories. We will help you choose vendors that fit into your budget and will work well with your personalities and style.
- We will attend all vendor appointments with you and guide you and make suggestions to help you in your selection of the right ones. We will also attend follow-up appointments when necessary.
- Available via phone, e-mail, and text to chat about details, calm your nerves or answer your questions and concerns as quickly as possible.
- Meeting with you at both the ceremony and reception sites to discuss your plans and make certain that we understand your vision of the day and where everyone and everything will be placed.
- All vendors hired for the event will be called the week of the wedding to check for any missing information, payments still needed and confirm the date and time of delivery. A vendor arrival timeline will be completed and given to appropriate vendors.
- A wedding day timeline, as well as a reception timeline will be completed for the wedding day which will outline times and activities taking place for the wedding party from the morning until the bride and groom head off on their “happily ever after”!
- We will coordinate the rehearsal and give copies of the timeline to each of your wedding party members to make them aware of, or remind them of, the activities taking place on your wedding day. This will help everyone stay on track and the day much more enjoyable for you!
- Visiting both the ceremony and reception sites on the day of the wedding to assure that all planned decorations are being placed and completed as contracted with your vendors.
- Also included is an assistant for 10 hours the day of the wedding to make sure all details are handled properly.
- Most importantly, we will be present at the wedding and reception to be certain that all details of the wedding day are carried out as you planned. We will be available to answer all questions and concerns that any vendors or guest may have in order to allow you, your family and friends to enjoy such a fabulous day without worry!
The fee for full-service planning and design for an indoor even with up to 250 guests is $3,500
Outdoor events such as barns, lawns, and gardens are an additional $200
Each additional hour for an assistant is $50
A la carte services (errands and such) is $75 per hour
